Cynthia Chipps

Cynthia Chipps has over three decades of experience in the field of information technology and program management. Currently serving as a Principal and Corporate Portfolio Manager for DLA EMALL and DCMA at ICF International since March 1988, Cynthia also holds the position of Defense-IT Line of Business Manager and Senior Program Manager, both with PMP certifications. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at Synergy Inc. from 1988 to 2005 and as a Programmer/Analyst/PM at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from 1990 to 1995. Cynthia holds two Master of Science degrees in Telecommunications Management and Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
