Danielle Muhammad

Danielle Mamousette serves as the Vice President of Proposal Development at ICF, overseeing the Enterprise Proposal Center that focuses on crafting strategic proposals for federal and state solicitations since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director of the Defense Sector Proposal Management Office and Senior Proposal Manager at ManTech from October 2014 to August 2020, and as Director of Proposal Development at Strategic Resources, Inc. from July 1994 to September 2014. Danielle's earlier experience includes positions at INMED Partnerships for Children and Lawler, Matusky & Skelly. Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Ashford University.
