Ed Trumbull

Ed Trumbull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and public policy. Currently serving as Vice President and Principal at ICF International since July 2013, Trumbull has focused on the Family Self-Sufficiency line of business. Prior to this role, Trumbull was President of TCA, LLC from 2009 to 2013, where assistance was provided to clients in capturing resources for education reforms and economic development. Previously, Trumbull held the position of Vice President at LRG, Inc. from 2005 to 2009, delivering innovative public policy solutions, and was Senior Director at TATC Consulting from 2001 to 2005, primarily consulting for the US Department of Labor. Educationally, Trumbull holds a Master of Public Management in Public Sector Financial Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Claremont McKenna College.
