Erin Blanchard

Erin Blanchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager and Team Lead at ICF since August 2011, Erin has held multiple positions within the company, including Senior Proposal Manager, Associate, Analyst, and Research Assistant. Prior to joining ICF, Erin worked as an Administrative Assistant at Update Legal and gained internship experience at GEICO in the Special Investigations Unit, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and BAE Systems. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies with a concentration in Crime and Criminology from James Madison University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
