Janelle Henrich

Janelle Henrich is a lead data scientist at ICF, where they have been instrumental in developing and refining model pipelines for anomaly detection in Medicare and Medicaid data since 2019. They spearheaded efforts to enhance the interpretability of machine learning models, coordinated a shift to Agile methodologies, and fostered strong client relationships that resulted in a contract extension. Previously, Janelle gained experience as a project assistant, teaching assistant, and student research assistant at various institutions, contributing to research in economics and materials science. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Math from American University.
