Jennifer Marcelli is a child welfare expert with 24 years of experience at local, state, and national levels, focusing on planning, peer group development, and providing coaching and consultation. They have held leadership roles, including Assistant Child Welfare Director and Social Worker Supervisor, where they managed programs and initiatives to improve outcomes for children and families.
