Jennifer Siegel

Jennifer Siegel is an experienced professional in affordable housing development, currently serving as an Affordable Housing Development Project Manager at ICF since November 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Lead Housing Preservation Officer with the City and County of Denver from October 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing the development and financing of affordable housing projects. Earlier career roles included Community Lending Officer at Accion from 2016 to 2018, focusing on building strategic partnerships and providing loans to underserved entrepreneurs, and Rural Development and Capacity Building Specialist at RCAC from 2008 to 2016, managing technical assistance and projects in rural communities. Jennifer began career work as a Housing Developer for the Aurora Housing Authority from 2004 to 2008, overseeing housing development projects and securing funding. Jennifer earned a Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
