Jenny Albino

Jenny Albino serves as the Chair of ICF's Veterans Employee Community Network, leading initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. With a background in technology recruitment at ICF, a global advisory and digital services provider, Jenny also has experience as a Veteran Outreach Recruiting Specialist at Paradyme Management Inc., and an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems, a leading technology staffing company. Prior to these roles, Jenny worked as a Retail Training Manager at Express Stores, LLC, where responsibilities included training new Sales Associates and Managers. Jenny's career began as a SIGINT Analyst in the US Marine Corps. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
