Kelley Perkins

Kelley Perkins is a Senior Managing Director of Early Childhood Systems at ICF, where they have held multiple leadership roles, including Project Director and Deputy Project Director. They began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware and later served as a Program Coordinator at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership. Since 2014, Kelley has also been a faculty member and Co-Director of the Early Childhood Leadership Institute at Rowan University. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Delaware, having already earned a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Lynchburg College.
