Kelly Z

Kelly Z is an experienced marketing and outreach professional currently serving as Director at ICF since July 2014, where responsibilities include managing award-winning commercial energy efficiency campaigns and employing behavior change principles, digital marketing, and data analytics. Kelly's career at ICF began as an Engagement Manager, successfully implementing a behavioral program for commercial office buildings. Prior to ICF, Kelly contributed as an Energy Program Specialist for Arlington County, leveraged project management skills at the National Association of Counties, and gained foundational experience in communication roles with various government and media organizations. Kelly holds an M.A. in American Government and Environmental Policy and a B.A. in Political Science and Public Communications, both from American University.
