Kelsey Bartz

Analyst

Kelsey Bartz is an experienced analyst with a strong background in public policy and environmental issues. Currently working at ICF since November 2022, Kelsey previously held analyst roles at the American Wind Energy Association from May 2020 to November 2022 and Atlas Energy Technologies, where responsibilities included identifying macro-incentives for plastic recycling and creating databases related to Plastic-Waste-to-Energy initiatives. Kelsey also served as Resiliency Research Coordinator at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, where research analysis and public messaging were key focuses. Earlier in the career, Kelsey gained valuable experience in human resources at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and finance at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from American University and dual Bachelor's degrees in American Government and Politics and English from Ripon College.
