Kimberly J. Hyde

Kimberly J. Hyde is a Senior UX Researcher at ICF since July 2022, where responsibilities include conducting discovery and usability studies for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to identify product and process improvement opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at SemanticBits and a Business Analyst at Corporation Service Company, where Kimberly modernized legacy applications for Uniform Commercial Code processing and established a User Experience training group. Earlier experience includes positions as a Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst at Citi, where Kimberly effectively facilitated collaboration between business and technology groups. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from the University of Delaware and completed the Critical Language Scholarship in Intermediate Urdu Language and Literature with the U.S. Department of State in 2011.
