Kristina Hodges

Kristina Hodges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capture and proposal management, currently serving as a Senior Manager/Team Lead at ICF since April 2018, where the focus is on leading a high-performing team for national strategic pursuits in the Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure sector. Previous roles at ICF include Senior Proposal Manager/Capture Coach and Capture and Proposal Manager, showcasing a strong background in managing complex proposals over $25M. Prior to ICF, Kristina held various positions at CLEAResult, Applied Proactive Technologies, and other organizations, contributing expertise in sales support, community outreach, and grant writing. Kristina holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and has degrees in Photography/Psychology and Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and Blinn College respectively.
