Lealand Hage, P.E., is a lead engineer in the Distribution Planning department at ICF, where they perform load flow and short circuit analyses for utility clients. Previously, Lealand was a staff engineer and later a senior engineer focusing on substation protection and SCADA at CenterPoint Energy from 2013 to 2018. They gained early experience as a design engineer intern at Radiance Technologies and an electrical engineer intern at Weeks Marine. Lealand holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
