Liz Gormsen

Liz Gormsen has extensive experience in the public policy field, currently serving as Vice President at ICF since June 2004. Liz has held multiple roles at ICF, including Senior Director, Principal, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior to ICF, Liz worked as a Policy Fellow for the State of Maryland from June 2002 to June 2004, and as a Reports Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from August 1998 to August 2000. Liz holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University, earned from 1994 to 1998.
