Paul Sandt

Paul Sandt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at ICF International since September 2016, Paul oversees SEC reporting, technical accounting, and compliance with SOX policies. Previous roles include Chief Accounting Officer at Reliant Asset Management, Senior Manager Financial Reporting at FHLBanks Office of Finance, and Director of Financial Reporting at Stanley Martin Companies, among others. Notable achievements include the establishment of timely filing records for public reports and the implementation of multi-currency consolidation platforms. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
