Rebecca Jost

Rebecca Jost is a seasoned environmental planner and scientist with significant experience in project management and environmental assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Planner at ICF, Rebecca collaborates with the Federal Aviation Administration to manage project permitting updates. Previously, Rebecca contributed to the development of the Permitting Accountability System for the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council and conducted extensive fieldwork and assessments in various roles, including as a Natural Resource Specialist for the Virginia Department of Transportation and an Environmental Scientist/GIS Analyst at Adams Environmental, Inc. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Denison University and a Master's degree in Environmental Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
