Angela C. Panaccione

Planner II Land Use & Environment at Pioneer Valley Planning Commission

Angela Panaccione currently serves as a Senior Environmental Planner at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission since July 2023. Prior to this role, Angela worked as the Conservation Agent and Stormwater Coordinator for the town of Palmer from January 2013 to August 2023. Angela also held the position of Assistant Director at the Institute for the Study of Alternative Dispute Resolution between August 2007 and January 2011. In academia, Angela contributed as an Associate Professor at Humboldt State University from August 2005 to May 2010, focusing on Environmental Conflict Resolution, Cross-Cultural Communications, and Environmental Justice, and also served as a Teaching Assistant for various environmental courses. Angela holds a Master's degree in Environment & Community from Humboldt State University (2005-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Law & Policy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (1999-2004).
