Selim Karabulut

Selim Karabulut serves as the Vice President at ICF International, where tenure began in May 2002 and currently fulfills the role of Energy Efficiency Division Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. With a robust background as a Senior Consultant, Selim focuses on energy, environmental, housing, and transportation issues in both public and private sectors. Previous experience includes serving as Global Alliance Manager at American Power Conversion and as Senior Associate/Project Manager at ICF Consulting, managing residential building and energy efficiency programs. Selim holds dual MBA degrees from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and Pepperdine University, and a B.S. and B.A. in Marketing Management and Political Science from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
