Shawn Owens

Shawn Owens is a talent acquisition advocate and leader with a strong belief in building diverse and skilled organizations. They have extensive experience in recruiting, having served as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Technology and held roles at Thomson West, Landmark Recruiting, and Alliance One. Currently, Shawn is the Global TA Operations Director at ICF, where they focus on enhancing operations within a global consulting environment. Shawn earned an MBA in Organizational Development from The College of St. Scholastica and a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Family Violence Prevention from the University of Minnesota.
