Ugo Samuels

Ugo Samuels, SPC6, has extensive experience in product management and Agile methodologies, currently serving as a Product Owner for the US Marine Corp under the MITSM Contract at ICF since October 2019. Ugo acts as the primary liaison amongst stakeholders, clients, and development teams, managing product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure timely delivery. Previous roles include Agile Business Analyst for a DoD contract, Lead Scrum Master for two Agile teams, and Project Manager at the Department of Labor, all demonstrating a strong focus on facilitating Agile processes and enhancing team performance. Additionally, Ugo has significant experience in database management from roles at ITG, IBM, and AT&T. Ugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management and a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Database Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
