Luis Felipe Morales Curiel is a PhD student and Artificial Intelligence Intern at ICFO, focusing on neurophotonics and mechanical systems biology, with a specialization in image reconstruction using convolutional neural networks. Previous experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Student at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in computational and theoretical chemistry, an internship at Instituto de Ciencias Nucleares - UNAM in networking and information security, and a position as a QC Chemist intern at ZOLTEK where responsibilities included analysis of raw materials and processed products. Educational qualifications encompass degrees in chemistry from Universidad de Guadalajara and technical training in cybersecurity and networking from various institutions including Cisco Networking Academy and Microsoft.
