Stephen Hayes

Stephen Hayes is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in process improvement and industrialized construction. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at ICG - Industrialized Construction Group, Stephen has previously held positions at Haley & Aldrich as a Senior Technical Specialist and at BLOX as a Senior Engineer, where significant contributions included developing a Construction Manufacturing System, leading kaizen events, and implementing a kanban replenishment system. Prior roles at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama involved optimizing supply chain processes and leading team projects, further enhanced by a robust academic background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University.
