Alexandra Cotirta Gruicin

Alexandra Cotirta Gruicin is an experienced management consultant and psychotherapist, currently serving as a Management Consultant and Coach at ICG Integrated Consulting Group since May 2018. Alexandra specializes in leadership development, creativity, and coaching, while also running a private psychotherapy practice since 2020. Additional roles include Management Consultant at ICG Integrated Consulting Group Romania and Trainer for the Erasmus+ Program, focused on soft skills training for international academic staff. Alexandra has also held the position of Assistant Professor at West University of Timisoara, teaching strategic planning and human resources management. Prior to these roles, Alexandra gained extensive experience at Continental, where positions included Operational Excellence Consultant and People and Organizational Development Specialist. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Occupational Health Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from West University of Timisoara.
