Michael Faschingbauer

Michael Faschingbauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and business management. As a Founding Partner of Effectuation Intelligence, Michael has played a key role in an international consulting network focused on uncertainty management since October 2010. In addition, Michael serves as Managing Partner at ICG Integrated Consulting Group, a position held since January 2021, after contributing as a Partner from April 2017 to December 2020. Previously, Michael owned Klein & Faschingbauer Coaching from 2001 until December 2012 and worked as Group Product Manager at AVL List GmbH from November 1989 to November 2001. Michael holds an educational background from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2007.
