Mihai Svasta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as Managing Partner at ICG Integrated Consulting Group Romania since April 2010, focusing on driving growth through innovation and transformation for C-level executives across diverse industries. In addition to this role, Mihai coordinates the development program for 12 R&D Centers and teaches Innovation & Change as an Associate Professor at Universitatea Româno-Americană din București. Previous positions include Vice President and President of Asociatia Consultantilor in Management din Romania AMCOR, where Mihai contributed to the standardization and certification of the management consulting profession in Romania. Mihai also ran Svasta Consult, specializing in change management and project management, and holds a PhD in Innovation Management from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Master’s Degree in Finance, Banking & Accounting from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
