Monika Meirer is a seasoned consultant and partner at ICG Integrated Consulting Group since July 2015, specializing in change processes, leadership development, organizational design, and the facilitation of workshops. Monika also operated Monika Meirer Organisation gestalten from March 2012 to June 2015, focusing on organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching. Earlier experience includes managerial consulting at Bab Unternehmensberatung from September 2003 to February 2012 and freelance training and coaching from January 1998 to August 2003. Monika holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna and has completed various educational programs to enhance expertise in the field.
