Margaret Otukile

Margaret Otukile is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ICGEB since January 2021, Margaret previously held the position of Chief Human Capital Officer at BotswanaPost from July 2019 to December 2020. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at ICARDA, Chief Human Resources Business Partner at the African Development Bank Group, and HR Manager at Puma Energy and BP. Margaret began their career as a Senior Training Officer at Water Utilities Corporation. Margaret holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Commerce in Personnel Management from the University of Botswana.
