Walter Akolo

Walter Akolo has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2011, they worked as an Office Manager at POW Investments for a few months before transitioning to becoming a Freelance Writer and Online Businessman, where they have been self-employed since then. In 2012, Walter founded FreelancerKenya, a successful blog focused on teaching people how to make money online.

In 2017, Walter took on multiple roles. Walter became the Co-Founder of PenStars, a professional content assessment service, and also worked as an Author at Change Creator, an organization focused on creating positive social change.

In 2018, Walter co-founded Bloggaz, a Website as a Service (WaaS) provider that offers professional managed WordPress services. Walter took on the role of Content Writer at iCheckGateway.com, a Nacha Preferred Partner, in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for creating various types of content, including social media posts, blog posts, landing page content, and lead magnets. Walter also contributes to content strategy and workflow creation in HubSpot.

Additionally, Walter has worked as a Blogger for ProWritingAid since 2021, where they share their expertise and insights. Through their various roles and ventures, Walter has gained extensive experience in content creation, online business, and providing professional services.

Walter Akolo attended Nairobi School from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
