Thierry Monney

Thierry Monney has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and development. Thierry worked as a Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist at Ichnos Sciences from 2018 to present, where they hold a senior leadership role and is responsible for various research projects. Prior to that, they worked at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2018, initially as a Senior Research Officer specializing in Antibody Engineering and later as a Trainee in Immunology. Thierry also completed a PhD Thesis at the University of Bern from 2009 to 2013. In addition, Thierry completed internships and thesis projects during their academic studies, including an Internship at Intervet Schering Plough Boxmeer in 2010, a Master Thesis at the University of Bern from 2008 to 2009, and a Bachelor Thesis at the University of Fribourg in 2007.

Thierry Monney earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg in 2007. Thierry went on to obtain a Master's degree in Molecular Life Sciences, specializing in Microbiology/Immunology, from the University of Bern between 2007 and 2009. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the Graduate School for Cellular and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bern from 2009 to 2013.
