Dale Morris has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Dale began their career at Applied Materials in 1995 as a Lead Engineering Technician and later held various roles such as Senior Project Manager and Chief Engineer. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in global strategic manufacturing programs, operations training, process improvement, and quality management. Dale also founded and chaired the Applied Materials Green Team, a group aimed at promoting sustainability initiatives. In 2013, they joined ASQ and became a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Most recently, Dale served as the VP of Production Engineering and Continuous Improvement at Ichor Systems, Inc., starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Dale has consistently focused on driving efficiency, cost reduction, and employee development.

Dale Morris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Technology Commercialization from the same university. Later, in 2016-2018, they completed a Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate program at The University of Texas at Austin. Apart from their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Manager of Quality and Operations Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) from the American Society for Quality.
