Maureen Ng

Maureen Ng has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Maureen is currently serving as the Asia HR Director at Ichor Systems, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional HR Solutions Lead, SEA at Johnson Controls from 2019 to 2021. From 2010 to 2017, they held the position of Director, HR (SEA) at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they led and coordinated HR activities to support business strategies. Before that, they were the Senior HR Manager at Edwards Lifesciences from 2005 to 2010, responsible for setting up the HR infrastructure and processes. Maureen started their career as the HR Manager at Caterpillar Parts Department from 2002 to 2005, where they established the HR function and developed policies and programs.

Maureen Ng has a Master's of Science in Human Resource Management (HRM) from University College Dublin. Maureen also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from UNSW. Maureen obtained an Associate's degree in Compensation & Benefits and another Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Singapore Institute of Management. Additionally, they have a certificate in Public Relations from the Institute of Public Relations SG. Maureen has also obtained several certifications, including HR Analytics from the National University of Singapore, SNEF Tripatite Mediation Advisor (TMA) from the Singapore National Employers Federation, IHRP-Senior Professional from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), and a Certificate in Employment Intermediaries KAH from the Ministry of Manpower.
