Palani Rajan

Palani Rajan has over two decades of experience in supply chain management and operations. Palani is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Ichor Systems, Inc. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Global Sourcing & Integrated Planning at Franklin Electric from 2018 to 2022. During their tenure, they built high-performing teams and achieved impressive financial performance. Prior to this, Palani worked at Applied Materials in various roles, including Director of NPI Engineering & Operations in the Semiconductor business and Solar Operations Manager. At Applied Materials, they played a key role in increasing revenue and supporting the start-up of solar factories. Palani also worked at Sundaram Clayton Ltd as a Production Engineer, where they implemented LEAN manufacturing concepts and improved process efficiency.

Palani Rajan holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and Design from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, spanning from 1996 to 2000. In 2010 to 2013, they achieved PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
