Kim Russell

Kim Russell has over 20 years of experience in contract administration and management. They have held various roles in different companies, including Vice President, Director of Contracts at ICI Services, Vice President, Contract Administration at Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC, and Contracts Manager at SAIC, AMSEC LLC, W R Systems, Ltd., Information Technology Solutions Inc., and Eastern Computers, Inc. In these roles, Kim has been responsible for managing and coordinating all activities involved in contract development and administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, and monitoring financial and contractual status. They have also handled various contract types and utilized electronic systems for timekeeping, invoicing, and budgeting.

Kim Russell graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. Prior to attending college, Kim attended Duxbury High School from 1988 to 1990, and Loara High School from 1986 to 1988.
