Michael Amenti

Michael Amenti, CPD, MBA is an experienced Operations Center Manager at ICI Services Corporation, overseeing a staff of 40 personnel. As Corporate Quality Assurance Officer, Michael directs company-wide efforts to ensure business operations conformance to ISO 9001:2015 for various Government contracts. In addition, as a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve, Michael has demonstrated leadership in submarine operations and joint operations. Michael also serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Business Administration at Saint Francis University, teaching various classes in Management Information Systems and E-Commerce. With a background in technical writing, engineering, and field service, Michael brings a diverse skill set to their roles.
