Ajjo John

Ajjo John is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial technology sectors. Currently serving as the CBDC Lead and Blockchain Program Manager at ICICI Bank since October 2013, Ajjo John focuses on developing Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) enabled products, along with shaping policies and strategies for the bank. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Manager at Water Jet Germany Pvt Ltd and a Representative in India for The Washington Center, where engagement involved facilitating opportunities for students in Washington, D.C. Earlier experience includes a marketing and production internship at Double R Productions and a marketing and operations internship at Tube Products of India. Ajjo John holds a PGDM in Marketing from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, along with a Fintech Certification Course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
