Nikhil Chavan

Nikhil Chavan is currently a Chief Manager in the Global Clients Group's Renewables Team at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities include handling project funding for the renewable energy sector, conducting financial modeling and due diligence, and liaising with stakeholders. Nikhil has successfully developed a credit evaluation matrix for project appraisals and designed a framework that dramatically reduced project closure time. Prior to this, Nikhil served as a Senior Manager in the Syndication Group, structuring term loan transactions for real estate and road sectors. Nikhil's earlier experience includes a service engineer role at Zoomlion Heavy Industry NA, where customer support and technical analysis were key responsibilities, and a business development executive position at SoFood Private Limited, generating significant revenue through client acquisition. Nikhil holds a PGDBM in Finance and Operations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
