Gargi Ghosal

Gargi Ghosal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gargi currently holds the position of Head - Learning, Organisation Development & Talent at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited since 2022. Prior to this, Gargi Ghosal worked at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as the National Lead - HR Business Partnering from 2016 to 2022. Gargi also served as an HR Business Partner at Larsen & Toubro, where they contributed to various HR functions such as human resource planning, recruitment, performance management, and HR process improvement. Gargi Ghosal held the role of Regional HR Manager (West) - Thermal Power Plant division at Larsen & Toubro from 2007 to 2014. Before that, they gained experience in HR executive roles at Countrywide Financial Services (Bank of America Continuum) and Lehman Brothers (Nomura Holdings). Gargi started their career as a Client Account Manager at Ambrosia Infotech Ltd in 2005.

Gargi Ghosal received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration in 2002. Gargi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the field of Human Resources from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, completing it in 2005. Prior to this, they attended Welland Gouldsmith School, where they studied Commerce from 1997 to 1999.
