Arun Roy

Arun Roy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Chief Manager of Human Resources at ICICI Lombard since September 2021, Arun previously held positions at MAX BUPA HEALTH INSURANCE from July 2016 to September 2021, progressing from Human Resources Executive to Assistant Manager. Arun possesses a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, obtained between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, earned from 2012 to 2015.
