Dhiraj Patil

Dhiraj Patil is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President of Business Transformation at ICICI Lombard since September 2013, Dhiraj has led significant projects in the commercial line vertical. Prior to this role, Dhiraj held various senior positions within Reliance General Insurance, including Associate Vice President for Affinity Products and Property Claims, and Manager Claims overseeing the department in Mumbai and Pune. Dhiraj also has operational experience from ICICI Lombard, focusing on motor claims, as well as earlier contributions at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. with retail claims. Dhiraj holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Shivaji University and is a certified Scrum product owner, with ongoing education in insurance through the Insurance Institute of India.
