Gauri Pradhan

Gauri Pradhan is an experienced professional in the fields of talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), culture, and performance. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at ICICI Lombard since August 2021, Gauri previously held the position of Chief Manager in the same organization. Prior experience includes working as Corporate Human Resources Manager at SBI General Insurance and as a Human Resources Consultant at Cerebrus Consultants. Gauri began a career in human resources as a Management Trainee at Excel Crop Care Ltd. Gauri holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Post Graduation in Organisational Psychology and Business from Aston Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ramnarian Ruia College of Science and Arts.
