Ishan Yadav

Ishan Yadav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and project management. Currently serving as Chief Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited since November 2021, Ishan previously held the position of Senior Manager II at Sitel Group from June 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end analytics solutions and fulfilling data science activities. Ishan also served as a Process Improvement Manager, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma projects to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Earlier experiences include internships at Hochschule Koblenz. Ishan holds an Integrated MSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
