Neelav Gohain has over 21 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Currently serving as Zonal Manager for Group Service South at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited since May 2007, Neelav manages customer service for corporate and broker relationships while overseeing teams across South and East zones. Previously held roles include Manager-Group Service, focusing on corporate client management and service retention, and Group Service Manager, specializing in group product servicing. Prior experience includes serving as Process Lead at AXA Business Services, where responsibilities included team leadership for financial services support, and as a Financial Advisor at ING Vysya Life Insurance Co.
