Sharad Sadadekar

Sharad Sadadekar currently serves as the Head of Cybersecurity and Data Protection at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, focusing on embedding cybersecurity, business continuity, and data privacy practices across Life and Pension entities in Mumbai and the Middle East since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sharad spent two decades at HDFC Life, concluding as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services and Cybersecurity, where responsibilities included leading cybersecurity, IT disaster recovery, and data security practices. Sharad holds an MBA in Information Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from KIT's College of Engineering, alongside earlier education in science and SSC from recognized institutions.
