Mahesh Kolhe

Mahesh Kolhe has a strong background in data engineering, with experience in various companies. Mahesh currently works at ICICIdirect as an AVP - Data Engineering Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Axis Bank as a Data Engineering Lead, where they were responsible for designing the architecture and building ETL pipelines for various projects. Mahesh also worked on migrating data layer reporting projects to Big Data Lake space and wrote Pyspark code for CRM data. Before that, they were an Associate - Senior Data Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they developed ETL pipelines and performed the role of a Scrum master. Their early experience includes working as an ETL Lead developer at Accenture, where they led and developed projects in the data warehousing space and had expertise in various tools and technologies such as Informatica Powercenter, Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and Unix scripting.

Mahesh Kolhe completed a Diploma in IT from Govt.Poly of Mumbai in 2009. Mahesh then pursued a degree in IT engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2012. Prior to this, they obtained their SSC degree from Shivaji Vidyalaya in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including Hadoop Data Access, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), and Big Data Foundations. Mahesh has also contributed to a Six Sigma Green Belt Project at Accenture.
