Ryan Hobbs

Ryan Hobbs has a diverse background in human resources and guest services, currently working as a Human Resources Assistant at Icicle Seafoods, Inc. since May 2021, and as a Guest Services representative at the Seattle Aquarium since 2021. Prior experience includes another position as a Human Resources Assistant at Benchmark, where responsibilities included inter-departmental correspondence and event assistance. Ryan also has research experience from Pinniped Cognition & Sensory Systems Laboratory, contributing to animal cognition studies, and served as an Assistant Pool Manager at the Dolores Bengston Aquatic Center, overseeing staff and operations. An internship at Younger Lagoon Reserve focused on native species restoration and environmental integrity. Educational credentials include studies in Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Las Positas College.
