Alan Schwartz

Alan Schwartz joined Vista Equity Partners in January 2020 and is General Counsel for Vista Holdings Group. Previously, Schwartz served as Managing Director at First Reserve Corporation, where he served on the board of directors, handled complex legal and business issues, and was involved in the deployment of $25 billion of capital.
