Ashley Glusing

Ashley Glusing has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Ashley worked at Manuel Designs as an Account Manager from January 2005 to October 2008, where they managed major and specialty clients, generating sales of over $1M. From October 2008 to May 2011, they owned and founded Fringe Fashion Group, where they provided strategic oversight of operational and financial functions and directed company strategy and operations.

Later on, Glusing joined Blackbaud | YourCause in January 2017 as a Senior Account Manager. Ashley acted as lead for a team managing 15 of the organization's top 50 clients, generating $900K in annual revenue and overseeing $100M in disbursements to non-profits. Ashley also supervised and provided leadership to five account managers and developed project implementation plans and strategic priorities for the account team.

In December 2017, they joined Blackbaud as a Senior Client Success Manager until August 2021. Then, they transitioned to the role of Sales Executive, which they held until May 2022.

Currently, Glusing is working at iCIMS as a Strategic Account Manager since May 2022. No end date is provided for this role. Ashley is also a part of the Enterprise Team at iCIMS since August 2021.

Ashley Glusing received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Ashley attended the university from 1992 to 1996.
