Brandy Kaye

Brandy Kaye has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brandy is currently an Enterprise Account Manager at iCIMS, where they help companies optimize their talent acquisition processes through software solutions. Prior to that, Brandy worked as a Strategic Partner Development Manager at Tax Credit Co. and an Account Development Manager at HireVue. At HireVue, they specialized in building relationships with HR, IT, and sales executives to promote a Video Intelligence Platform.

Before these roles, Brandy served as a Business Development Manager at Coveo, where they focused on developing and maintaining business relationships and attracting new customers. Brandy also has experience as a business owner at Above the BAR Fitness, Inc., an Adjunct Faculty member at Roosevelt University, and in freelance roles as a Business Development and Project Manager.

Earlier in their career, Brandy worked as a Marketing Manager at Fisher Mortgage, Inc. and as a Senior Account Coordinator at M.A.N. Marketing, where they were promoted to a lead role and supervised a sales support team. Overall, Brandy has a strong background in sales, business development, and account management.

Brandy Kaye completed their education from 1993 to 1998 at Eastern Illinois University. During this time, they obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech Communication.
