Brian Daly has over 10 years of work experience in customer success and technical account management roles. Brian is currently working at iCIMS as a Principal Strategic Customer Success Manager, where they build relationships with customers and helps them optimize their use of recruiting software. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Customer Success Manager and a Technical Account Manager at iCIMS, where they provided guidance to customers, addressed technical issues, and resolved support escalations.

Brian Daly, CCSM, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Network Communications Management from DeVry University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Customer Success Management. Brian is a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2, which they received from SuccessHACKER in July 2022. Prior to that, they earned the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in February 2022.
